IntroductionThis study aimed to determine the relationship between postoperative lactate dynamic levels, acute gastrointestinal injury (AGI), and prognosis among patients who underwent surgical treatment for an Stanford type-A aortic dissection (aTAAD).MethodsA total of 271 aTAAD were recruited monitored.
